The Lagos State Government Announced the operation ‘fix the Potholes’ As directed by Govenor Akinwunmi Ambode.
But Lagosians who have had to deal with controversies surrounding the state Governor Re Election asked the government if they are just realizing the roads were bad or it was for The embattled Governor.

They took to social media to blast the Government Over the sudden action On roads in the state.

Any governor in lagos will been seen to have performed giving the resources at their disposal, Ambode did his best but how he made lagos one of the dirtiest state in Nigeria now still amazes me.

For those who experienced the tremendous change under Fashola will know that Ambode has underperformed in his istration.

Cosmetic projects just won't cut it all. There are critical infrastructural development begging for government intervention especially in huge vehicle road routes which currently is an eyesore and a full blown disgrace to a cosmopolitan city that represents the enigma of this country.

Check out Isolo, lawanson, Surulere, Yaba, Onipan-Maryland, Iyana-Ijaja, Ikotun, Egbeda , Iyana Iba - Festac- Badagry, routes, etc are nothing but big shame to the edifice of Lagos state.

As a matter of fact, with the array of capital wealth Ambode have, fixing potholes has just degraded his political hope to winning his primaries. Complete overhaul and fresh road construction is what is needed for Lagos roads.

Speaking of environment sensitization is another topic entirely.

When it comes to maintenance of roads, Ambode failed woefully. The erstwhile active Lagos State Public Works Corporation is almost non-existent now. How do you explain Ikorodu road (a major road in Lagos) having so many deep potholes like that? From Onipan all the way to Maryland.

Two days ago i was ing through Iwo Osun State, i saw government workers filling portholes with cement, i just laughed, cos of election, now Lagos is doing same, shameless beings.

Funny politics.

We said it that Ambode deserves no 2nd term. Road management and development is zero. Market traders, petty traders and road side traders are always selling with apathy and fear. Transporters, they are not sure of their job, in fact, they have no garage again. Ooh, I forgot Lagos landlords including waste management. Discrimination between Lagos Mainland and Island... Ambode has goof big times, I doubt the Igbo business men and market traders can be influenced to vote for him...
Anyway, let us wait till Lagos residents with PVCs are presented with candidate for each party.

I have said it before that Ambode's performance does not deserve a 2nd term but because of PDP and their lovers hatred for Tinubu, everybody believes he is wicked. Let the gov allow someone else to try his luck too. He has tried his best. Everybody must not do 2 as gov.

Agege motor road all the way down to Lagos-abeokuta expressway is a disaster! Infact, disaster doesn't aptly qualify it.

When tinubu owns most of all the construction company what do you expect Lagos is a mess both tinubu and ambode doesn't deserve to rule Lagos again they should gerrout they are bunch of fraudster
