A friend of mine has issues with her WAEC, date of birth on her WAEC certificate was wrong, 23 instead of 13, but have NABTEB O level, do schools accept NABTEB certificate in lieu of WAEC /NECO? or if she go ahead with her WAEC id it be accepted? Is your document a scanned file (picture file)?
If the document is a picture file (.jpg, .png, .bmp, etc.) then open it with "Microsoft Office Picture Manager".
Select "Edit Pictures... "
Then under "Change picture size" choose "Compress Pictures"
Here you can compress it to 'Documents', 'Web pages' or 'Email messages'
Whichever one u select, u will be shown the 'Original' size and d 'Compressed' size.
Then click 'OK' to effect the change.
Finally, under 'File' menu, choose 'Save As' to save the file with a new name, if u want to preserve the original.
I hope u understand. If u don't, tell the person who scanned the document to do it for you.
