You're aware you'll be disqualified? Wow. Where's your faith, bro? My prayer for you is that you will be invited and not disqualified. It's understandable if the state you reside in is far from the state in which you had your primary education because that would make the FSLC not so easy to collect. But if where you stay right now is the same town in which you attended primary school, just pick up your FSCL. But it's still fine if you decide to pick it up after this exercise. Wishing you the best, man.
