Is it compulsory to have NCE to apply even though one has BSc?

No it is not compulsory if you have PDGE or B.Edu or you have people that can make the phone call

Non Indigenes are also recruited into the service too. Some of them are chosen and Absorbed.
On Payment, as far as I'm concerned Lagos state is the only state that pays teachers well. The salary structure is okay at 40+ and 50+ for both NCE and Degree Holders respectively for the start. Don't kill yourself if you didn't make the list, there are people who flourish well in the private sector too. Best of luck to us all.

This job opening is very much suitable for people residing in Lagos and not for those residence outside the state. This is because the 43k and 32 salaries for graduates and nice respectively is far below the expenditure costs of a metropolitan city like lagos,do the mathematics before applying .although the job is open to every Nigerians.
