This is falsehood. I use glo as well and have never been charged for using USSD codes.

You can also get direct top up on your glo using *805#

Bro, I don't know what Glo you're using, but I can swear on the Bible that Glo deducts my credit for using USSD Code.

I do not appreciate being called a liar.

Well it is good for personal use but very hurtful when ur Bank Alert sim card gets into wrong hands.
That's why it's safe you don't disclose your pin at any time to anybody

Not calling you a liar. Anyway, if you take offence, I apologise.

Glo has never deducted my airtime for using USSD codes. Maybe you should get in touch with their customer care by cailing 121 or throng their twitter handle.

your sim. I READ about it here and did it for myself and wifee. BTW It is safer to even activate it and dint use it than allow someone steal the sim and activate it for you.

You should probably mention the fact that USSD Codes are free for all networks....

Except Glo.

Sometimes they'll charge ₦10, ₦20, ₦30. You must have airtime already if not, no USSD for you.

Bunch of thieves.
I don't know about you but glo has never charged me for using the ussd codes. I used it in recharging two days ago and I have been using glo to recharge for over three years now without being charged a kobo.

Please if you have a diamond bank linked to your sim card, be careful with it, once anyone gets their hands on it they can top up more than 10k from your without your pin and transfer the airtime to different (stolen) lines for reselling, be careful

Definitely the code you use to buy recharge card with your ed line with the bank is totally different from the code you will use to buy credit with your other lines/ third party.
