Nigeria is a tough place to live for those with disabilities. Perhaps you should ask this question in the study thread. There might be scholarship/funding opportunities you may learn about. Send me a PM too
I know a Nigerian Lady in canada who helps young Nigerians with scholarship information too. I believe she puts them through on their application.

Ma'm don't be discouraged. You can sober today it's okay. But after today, stand by his side, encourage him, motivate & psych him so he does not psychologically feel too down to try again. He should do little more practice.

Hello house, My question is as regards work reference. My previous work experience spans over 2years and falls under (NOC) 2011, i intend to apply with this using the reference letters from my previous employer, currently i'm on a part time job that is less than a year, prior to this i was out of job for a yr. The challenge is previous employer can only provide reference letters and probably payslips. i have my funds (POF) ready and intact but my bank statement does not reflect salary payments as this was cash based and project dependent. I'm confused. Kindly advise

You do not need your salary statement. Your employer may/may not state that you were paid in cash.

Once you get the bank letter in CIC format, you do not need to show bank statement (except there is a big discrepancy between average and current balance that you want to explain).

I just got seriously wounded by BC in my ielts not in naija though...was scared about my listening and writing though but pretty confident of reading and speaking....there I have LRSW 8.5;7;6.5;6.....after months of practice but the slogan is REFIRE as a repeat student...winners never quit....booked another one ...congratulations to those aced it and anyone that fell short like me...let us not give up

EOR received 09/02/2018 (10weeks) - Nothing changed

2nd (07/04/2018): LRWS - (BC) 8.5,8.5,6.5,8

At this point i don't know what i'm doing wrong in writing. During the preparations for my 2nd attempt, I focused on writing, and was quite confident after the exam, i even counted my words and both sections was above the minimum, a mistake i made in 1st attempt.

Peeps in Port Harcourt, IDP now has a center in PH so no need to travel to Lagos or Abuja anymore.
