Hi JideSM I mistakenly transferred 1000 data from a VTU line to someone who told me he doesn't use the no I transferred it for browsing that he wanted it in his other line. The SIM I transferred it was a 3g macro SIM and that he doesn't want to cut. I had to send transfer another 1k to his 4g micro SIM which he claimed he didn't see. I had to check through vtm.mtnonline.com for details of transaction for that day March 4th 2018 only to discover it was sent to him. I want to transfer my data back. How possible is that please.

@JideSM, I need your help. I lost my dear mother last year in May. She was buried in September. I was making use of her line and just in late January, the phone was stolen. I went to MTN's headquarters in Maitaima (I live in Abuja) and reported the incident and was told by a from desk personnel to swear an affidavit in court and get her death certificate which I did. Only for me to get there and met one Hausa woman who said I must get my mother's ID card (National, Voters, Drivers license or International port) so they can re- it in my name...unfortunately, my mother had none of these before her demise. Please what do I do? I don't want her line to be recycled and given to someone else! Having her line with me is like still holding on to part of her. cry cry
