I found only gionee a1 lite to meet the specs with that price.

I don't want leagoo, oukitel, tecno or infinix product I'm not interested no matter the specs.

U can suggest other smartphone within this price range that has all this features or more. I'll appreciate your suggestions, I also prefer smartphone present in the country whose rries are accessible. Thanks.

Get a xiaomi. The best budget phone for functionality though camera may not be as good as a Samsung
