Yes, condoms are not 100% safe. But why restrict the airing of adverts to certain periods? I find it odd.

The goal is to reduce exposing it to kids and teens, since those times are outside the times they critically tune in.

But this is counter productive, most young people start having sex in their teens, so keeping information that will offer some level of protection albeit not 100% makes no sense.

The notion that, making them aware of this will lead to promiscuity is not ed by facts. I hear ads about cigarettes all day and have not been tempted yet to try it.

Haba.. its a way of saying "another way you can avoid STIs and unwanted pregnancy is using condoms, however, abstinance is the best way"

Every car already have seat belt.. but it takes laws for some peoplee if not most to use it.

I hope you are not trying to link it to religion as usual.

My humble advise to Nigerian citizens and youth that are sexually active is that condom should be used for prevention of STIS which is prevalent among our girls today.

Out of every 10 sexually active boys and girls today, almost 8 of them has one kind of STI or the other.

Although condom is not liked by many but it will help you to avoid pain of contracting STIS and price for treating them

If you can't abstain, proper use of condom is advised.

It's not impossible it has saved a life of at least one person. Heaven erupts into joy for a single sinner that repents. That shows you a single life is precious. The message is targeted at minority lost at the crossroad, thinking whether they should embark on the journey or turn back. It gives them a message to ruminate about, something that helps them arrive at a good and healthy decision. No one cares about the majority already on the broadway, afterall narrow is the way to life, only few find it.
