If Yoruba vote Buhari in 2019 and he wins, the presidency automatically comes to the south. And i believe hausa will never vote an igbo candidate because of their secessionist tendency. The alliance between Yoruba and hausa is strong, and those are the two still holding Nigeria's unity.

All the northerners will decamp to PDP or form a new party, and start another 8 years northern tenure since the rotation won't be binding on a new party/government
