Do you anticipate the technical suspension can be lifted before the conclusion of the forensic audit and all issues resolved?
Do you anticipate a conclusion of the enquiry into Oando's dealings before the FYE earnings releases?
Is it possible for you to invest the funds profitably in other stocks in anticipation of the earning season?
If you so desire, could the gains realized be ploughed back into Oando for your long term plan?

I'm aware of the news, infact that's why their name was changed from Mobil to 11 PLC. Nipco is not a regulating body, rather it's another "oil company" and their has never being a time that Nipco bought a company and filed delisting notice to NSE. So why do you think and talk like this, it is only your dangflour that has good future? why haven't they done so since, what are they waiting for? One thing I know is that this information is the cause of Mobil price depreciation, but if peradventure they pay dividend this year ... Their price will go crazy.

still long term bullish with d wkly RSI above 69.1 BUT last week showed a lot of selling pressure wt d testing new highs, this may be d case in d short term ! A lower weekly opening will further short term pull back while a higher opening may see a another attempt.

Mr Idigbe also added that the technical suspension was temporary and was imposed to allow for an independent forensic audit of Oando’s business activities. He argued there was no point for Justice Aikawa to make an order preserving the res because “the suspension of the trading of the plaintiff’s shares in the Nigerian Stock Exchange has already been completed and the parties are waiting for the report of the said investigation”.
