Having gone through this page, have concluded that Nigeria is completely finished, can you imagine how abnormal situation has become normal. Honestly, we keep blaming govt for everything but the truth is that we are all part of the mess the country is now. Why must one wait for another two weeks or more to get port even after paying the almighty bribe. I weep for this country. Please note, have gotten my port through same process oh, am part of the mess too.....lol.

Just go to immigration jejely, and pay the 30k...

I know a guy who did it himself, he went to immigration and they told him he made a mistake during the registration ... Now, he had to pay the 30k he ran from.... 30k+17500?

Just go to any immigration office nearest to you. They'll direct you on what to do

I got mine(64pages) within 2 working days, i would even day its a day, i went to the headqtrs(abj) on friday, gave the officer 30k, paid an xtra N500 for stamp, did my capture, then went bak on monday morning to collect and the officer told me it was ready since dat friday....

Will the new port reflect the old port number?
Somebody at the immigration told me the new port will carry both old and new number, but I doubt his claim. Gurus in d house should please help
