Concerning Mrs Egonne1 cash USD deposit by Mr tooltip.

We've begged him times without numbers, to at least make a refund of this payment, but I personally lack the capacity to resolve this matter or put in any legal acts against him since I never dealed with him. At a point with proper phone record. Mr tooltip (Stanley) promised to make the refund when it was glaring the payment he made was a proceeds of fraud as a result of the evidence tendered by the NYPD. But upto this minutes, he hasn't made that refund.

All I can do personally is to mount pressure on meatmal for the recovery of the said payment. As a result, she took lega actions and lodge the matter with Economic Financial crime commission (efcc). We are all waiting for the outcome.


Please note: Not that it can't be resolved amicably, but to end a matter like this, the payment needs to go via same route it came, to avoid future issues, but we tried to resolve it amicably and let all payment return back the way it came, but someone scuttled that process with a mindset of being able to get away with it. I quote: " You know North nah, they can get away with anything" . Thanks.

If you go through his posts, you will see that he has not been consistent in all his stories; using another lie to back up another lie.
This is PayPal issue and can be chargedback. What is obvious is that he only paid the 9,750 because of the hooked $80 PayPal.
In my own opinion, I will advise Mr Nnamokenna to move out the fund into another or sell the fund first so as to avoid issue of charge back first, then he should pay the $80 equivalence after thesame 15days that his money was held. I would have even said he should hold the fund till he too accidentally sends him fund just as he did to him too.
That opeyemi guy is a potential scammer from all the proof available.

In fact, as soon as Opeyemi100 quoted me with his new Tobbazwire moniker, Funlord called me to warn me to be on the alert. Thanks man, I appreciate.

I have listened to everyone's views and advice. For those asking me to not pay evil with evil, I want you to understand that I am not doing this out of vindictiveness but just to teach him a lesson. Even if the boy does not have criminal intentions as he claims, he is a pathological liar. Just like many of you noted, all his stories do not add up. For instance, this recent $80 issue. He gave me a Union Bank number to pay into after he sent me the $80. Now, this Union Bank is the same one he used to refund my 9,750 naira around 1.36 am, on Sunday. The same he said belonged to someone else and that the person has reported him to "uncle", that "uncle" has chased him out of the house, that he is sleeping outside, that the person is threatening fire and brimstones, etc. Yet he still has unfettered access to the same persons to make a transfer around 1.36 am. Doesn't add up! What I know for sure is that if this had not happened, he wouldn't have refunded my 9,750 by now and probably would not at all. He'll just be giving me the run around.

He sent the $80 as fnf. I don't know if fnf could be charged back. Maybe people more knowledgeable in this should advise.
