Giving honour to whom it's due.Why didn't the archaic two-timed Minister of Agric in the Buhari government(Audu Ogbeh)receive such an award.All he knows is how to import grass for cattle,expanding fulani caliphate by creating grazing reserves and disgracing Nigeria by exporting poor quality yams that were rejected internationally. Meanwhile this is a minister Jonathan never took 6 fucking months to appoint like a dullard that even called his own "noisemakers".
