We are currently hiring candidates for the following roles:

1.Fleet Manager: Effectively manage the entire fleet of vehicles assigned directly or via fleet dispatchers; Guarantee all documentation pertaining to accurate and complete tracking and maintenance of vehicles; Foster and maintain a collaborative relationship with Warehouse, Maintenance, Logistics & Operations to ensure end to end fleet management

Requirements
6+ years in Fleet Operations Management & Route Management; GPS Fleet Management Software proficiency is preferred

2. Inventory Officer: Receiving PPE and other HSE related items from vendors on behalf of the company; Taking stock of PPE and other HSE items on weekly basis and reporting such to the HSE Manager; Participating in store audits on monthly basis.

Requirements
2+ years in warehousing, inventory management and procurement. Strong excel skills is preferred.

3. Workshop Manager: Plan, assign and reviews the work of all mechanics and electricians; Maintain minimum stock level of all necessary fast moving spares, oils and lubricants to ensure work is running smoothly at all times; Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

Requirements
5+ years’ experience managing an automotive workshop, particularly attached to an auto-centre

4. Facilities Manager: Maintenance and management of company facilities including plant, buildings, equipment, furniture and other assets; Coordinate and execute inspections, permitting, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment; Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for maximum site efficiency.

Requirements
5+ years’ experience managing an industrial/manufacturing property.
