Like someone said, you can do that within the phone settings

Settings *additional settings *backup and reset* factory Data reset.

This will erase your phone so backup your files to an external drive first before attempting to format.

Thanks, now i was able to understand and solve my problem, actuallyi started noticing the battery drain since Monday, so i felt unhappy about this, then i started deleting some apps while reverting some changes on my phone, yet still my battery was still draining, so i had to compare other people's battery graph, on till i noticed that my "network signal" was having some colour mixing with the green line, then i ed that i changed my sim card on Monday because i was owing Airtel on my other line, to caught the story short i inserted my sim back then my network was now normal and my battery is back to normal, i hope you you guys can learn something on my funny discovery....

i have ed MC3, MC4, SHADOW GUARDIAN, 9mm, But non seems to work...My MC4 alwaz shows pink graphics when playing..... 9MM shows pink colour... I think Many old gameloft games dont work on new OS versions like nougat.. Ave ed APK+Data for andreno device but non seems to work, maybe i'll try ing from playstore to test if itz gonna work..... Godfire works very well,or u can try SHADOW gun...

I thought adreno was a powerful gpu when it comes to mobile gaming and now some s are claiming they can't even play a game I once played on my former old infinix and tecno phones that both had android version 5 and 6 on it be it old or new games,if is not internal memory problem (as in format sd card to serve as internal memory) but a rom problem,infinix zero 3 comes to mind.
