hello all npower 2016 volunteers i am a participant in Port Harcourt and i got a text yesterday concerning the device collection. It read thus "
Dear volunteer,your device is on its way to your pick up location.Please be at LA Kings Hotel.Plot 267, GRA Phase 4,Stadium Road, Port Harcourt on 6th September 2017 with your BVN slip,a valid ID card,a pen and this SMS between 8am-12pm.You would not be attended to outside this schedule,please be punctual"

please who else got this message and what is bvn slip i have never heard of that.

After a pause on collection of devices today being Friday 8th of September due to some setbacks it was announced at the collection center that there will be device collection tomorrow at port Harcourt stadium tomorrow Saturday 9th of September but just this night a new text was sent which read thus

Dear Volunteer,the device pick up process has been postponed to next week.The exact date and venue will be communicated to you shortly. Stay N-Powered"

i ed some people who said they didn't get it please lalasticlala see if this can get to FP because some people are really coming from a very far distance so they won't have to border.

going to my bank tomorrow to get my bvn slip but someone said it's not really necessary, u can just write down ur bvn on a clean sheet of paper.. but i dnt want to take chances

hehehe abeg make i collect my own first before any story..

it's been a very stressful day, got to the venue by after 8 in the morning and the crowd i saw was terrifying. There was really no organized plan on how d collection process will be, people kept queueing up on different lines without any information. some where just writing names until some people were selected to go into d hall.. it was really stressful. as at the time i left which was 3pm less than 25 people had collected the device since morning. Going again tomorrow

my brother when you are there you won't even think of pictures, all you mind is to have access into the venue and collect, the struggle is much, at a point tickets were been sold for 1k,1500.. a little stampede occurred today the hotel doors were broken down, collection had to be stopped and venue changed to Port Harcourtr stadium. collection resumes tomorrow by 8am
