There is no Country's Visa that is difficult,as long as you meet all requirements in the Visa category you are applying for.

Somebody should tell the man that in Nigeria,nobody even waste their time going to the SA Embassy for their Visa's anymore,as it can now be gotten at the Car Park of the International Airport or Oluwole market.

I don't see what he said that is making you to call rain and thunder on him. You are very wrong @ the emboldened. The are countries that have more stringent Visa policies thereby making it more difficult to get the Visas.
