Chairman of the PDP Convention Planning Committee and Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has said the party will send a very strong message to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and indeed Nigerians on Saturday. The party non-elective convention, slated for Saturday in Abuja is the first in the series of activities aimed at re-positioning the party in readiness for the 2019 elections.
