This is the same problem that arose with gays, the same problem with women, someone wants to serve and then you say no you can't serve because you are not my definition of the appropriate gender or sexual orientation. What do those have to do with the capacity to serve?

No it is a mental illness because science tells me that there are only two genders and it also have a valid scientific method of identifying these genders. So for you to assume a gender that you are not proves you have a serious medical issue .
