I decided to try cashless withdrawal on the bank machine, only to be greeted with a reply of invalid transaction.
Since then I've been trying to reach their customer care service on the provided platforms to no avail.

How can a bank's Twitter handle, mobile number and mail complaints not be functioning?. They don't even have customer care chat online.

If you go to the banking hall, the ones there are saucy and clueless.
