I reside in kogi and my parents are civil servants so I know what am saying. My both parents haven't been paid for a year and 6 months, they have provided all the necessary details the governor asked for yet they are still "unclear".

The only people currently being paid in my LGA are staunch APC

You have a point there. Civil servants are worse than politicians when it comes to corruption. They are the ones instigating, aiding and abetting in the act of mindless looting of the national treasury by politicians. Let their salaries be published so that all will see how much they earn.
