Don't have idea about the telephone interview but I think it should be strictly on experience and about yourself. What is your course of study and when did you apply?

I did the three stages of the test as well and awaiting the phone interview. I studied Mech Engr.

just confirmation of whats in your curriculum vitae. Besides when is your telephone interview

I got a mail notifying me I will not continue in the assessment.

I think the offer was given in house to Amos Alayande. just got the reject letter. I dont think anyone would or should expect the offer though. But is proven otherwise please let us know.
