The autoloader ed fully I'm sure of that, I did a security wipe of the phone last week after the upgrade with autoloader failed, I tried using BlackBerry link but after it got to 33% it complained that the couldn't continue

Why didn't you just the update from the phone it self? The phone even s resume s. All these talk about system is just a long procedure

You should enter BlackBerry as instructed. If after that you enter the wrong 5 more times, your device will wipe. however if you enter the correct after entering 'BlackBerry', everything will be fine
