I think I have explained this before. It doesn't matter if you don't have a Dom or PayPal. Once you want to receive your proceeds, use a paypal exchanger's services. not all banks deactivated their cards from international transactions. your bank to know if your card is eligible. moreover even if all banks stop this, there's always an alternative.
