very possible. All the person need do is to get the fingerprints captured because it'd be verified in camp during registration. Otherwise, no registration/state code would be generated for the person.

Goodevening people...For those trying to work their posting. I have an info i heard directly from the mouth of a top ranked Nysc official (pls pardon me if i cnt reveal the person's post) . The Minister of Youth & Sports has refused Nysc submitting concession list i.e list that contains names for those that they wil influence the states .. And my source said , the nysc union is still pleading the Minister to atlst consider biological children nd adopted children of nysc staff and others. So as of now the ministers decision is , a pcm *MUST be deployed to one of the Four states picked. But hopefully he wl accept their plea and allow for a concession list.
