Chumaster,can u edit picture in photoshop ? if yes.All u need do is to remove the background from the port.Then an off white background from Google.Open Corel draw paste the off white background and import your edited port.Drag and fit it into the off white background,then save.Open with Microsoft picture editor and crop to less than 15kb and not less than 7kb.Click on compress and view in document ,email,website to see which one is within the range of the required size.Then you can .

We got our Original Cert 5 days after graduation...meanwhile in some schools like Unilag, Uniben, OAU, u get it 5years later.

sorry to disappoint you, we got our original certificate immediately after convocation in UNILAG.
