People have been telling me about glo subs before, but i ignored them and caller them glo haters. i did glo 3G subscription of #1000 on the 21st of October and this evening I got a text from them telling me I have just 154 MB of data remaining. Just imagine called their customer care service no positive result, was asked to call 444 which I did and guess what? no response... please nairalanders help me ,I need my data back. I have no idea about what to do to get it back! meanwhile, I am not on Instagram,Snapchat,Skype etc... I only use Facebook lite, WhatsApp and Opera mini. attached below is the screenshot of both the subscription message and the other message telling me how much Mb I have left |

faithchubby93:You don't need to go to head office yet. Just check the data usage in your phone. If you ed an app with a virus, or some extra software and you didn't restrict it's use, it could also drain your data. |

Glo data service has the best data counter in Nigeria. its even more reliable than your phone counter. So sister, investigate very well. Glo has never stolen its customers data. Na wah for this OP. You did a subscription and almost running to a week now, 154mb was deducted and you are complaining. how many mb did you want them to deduct na for 5days. Even apps updates or running background apps are sometimes enough to finish 154mb in 1 week, and you have been using it to browse since then o. OP u have no case abeg, Glo should even be the one here complaining that you are accusing them falsely. Everything is normal with your deduction abeg. If you even continue at that rate, you will only be able to exhaust only 1GB within 30days. Then why complain? Even your phone told you that you have used 2 times the deducted.
