If you are rooted, use Titanium Backup to freeze the gn_salesstatistics and gn_salestrack, can't the names of the exact thing, but something like what I wrote.

Like I pointed out earlier in my post after reading online reviews just hours before buying the M5 plus, it stutters while playing nova 5. Is the processor or gpu that low? because my brother's infinix hot note pro doesn't drop frame rates while playing the same game. This isn't a deal breaker but honestly that's poor handing for a phone I bought at roughly 80k
And pls before anyone comes here to call me a hater, read my previous posts and see that I've been all praises about the M5 plus prior to this.

you need to root your phone first
then toolhero, open it locate auto start management, select it, u will see soft and system soft. select system soft locate the following two option and put them off as shown below. I tried titanium backup, I couldn't do it, so I use toolhero

Well, take it to Gionee care center and ask for software re-run. For me I hate rooting of phones.

Go for m5mini for durability, Gionee produce quality phones with better long life span. If Gionee says 4000mah it's purely 4000mah and not below.

I don't believe that. Gionee engineers will surely fix the problem. I have tested them time without number. Just tell them you need soft ware re run.
