Just look at the comments, everyone is threading softly on the matter because its Fr Mbaka. Had it been it was Pastor chris oyakhilome or Oyedepo that was behind such scheme, You'll see vicious sentences left right & centre here...there will be comments on how he uses it to enrich himself & acquire private jets & so on & so forth but now the tide has changed, now its Fr mbaka @ the epicentre, una don mellow. Kwantinu oo with your double standard!

It isn't Mbaka that will call you
jesussaves22:
According to my friend who was mbaka client, if you load the pin of The card, once in a week mbaka will call you and pray for you. The number of times he will call you depends on how much card you bought. The card ranges from 200, 500, 1000 etc. The day mbaka called him I was with him when the phone rang. I simply told him that this is not a fresh prayer. I told him it was computer manipulated voice messages.

LMAO.
Religion and the things of God is one of the most difficult things to meddle in. Fear of God and blasphemy. My opinion.

But in this case... Ahn ahn. Why?. Funny thing is that aunty can divorce her husband if he asks her not to buy the recharge card again.

Sometimes these pastors may just want to be creative like: "Okay if these sheep's want me to call them everyday or they keep calling and texting and want me to pray for them, why don't I just use technology".

Sometimes the intention may not be business but what about my people. My gullible people how are yous? Kilode? E ti go ju.
Ahn ahn.

Pray to God in your small room, attend church and follow his instructions. Ask the elders to pray for you and hands with your friends or gf or wives or husbands as the case maybe. Pay your tithes and challenge God.

Stop being gullible and sheepishly following supposedly men of god with your duck necks.

The endemic poverty in the land can make people very desperate.

it has nothing to do with network, it's just numbers they printed, if you buy the card, scratch, and send the pin to their number, once they confirm that the number is genuine the you have your prayers.

We are not threading softly we are just dumbfounded and still trying to rationalize how this can be happening in the Holy order of the Catholic church, you will also agree that this is very much 'Uncatholic' unlike what we have outside Catholism. That was why I even shouted 'Odiegwu'.

I think it is time for Fr Mbaka to be laicized. Cardinal Arinze and Onaiyekan should be able to restore some sanity here. They are closer to the holy see.

What is it used for and how does it work
Okay i will believe its true because we also use it in my church,TSF Ikeja a healthy living church, ours is mainly to invite new worshipers, there are 2 different types, first is for the Old which is given for free,
1.You scratch the silver on the card
2.Type the revealed pin as text message to a number on the card
3.Followed by the 5 phone numbers you want to invite
4.Then send
5.Wait for a call from the server.
6.Then record the voice message that you wish to send to those numbers.
Second type of the card are for the new worshipers that eventually came, the card will be given to them free, they will load it,and #100 will be recharged on their phone after they will recieve a call from the senior pastor on healthy living & prayers for seven days.I have just succeeded in inviting Nairalanders to my church, come & enjoy Gods love.

I will not make the comments you want to hear. I just get pissed when people are quick to criticize other preachers simply because they don't attend it. Let peeps don't start what they can't finish. Now the stench of hypocrisy is oozing all over
Everking(m): 8:38pm On Jul 24, 2016
Believe it or not ,wheather bulk recorded or not all i know is that whenever that call enters it addresses your problem specifically at that point in time and pray for.ask whoever that had used it.it's not the same message for everybody cos our problems are different. THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Yes I agree its unlike the catholic sect to engage in such pratice because we don't know them for such. But now that one of their very own has be found wanting, it now sends a signal to those catholic followers who are fond of criticising & Insulting other pentecostal preachers to desist from such criticisim ever again . Simply because, they don't know when their own religious leaders will be caught too in the web. #thats my point #Tit for tat

one thing about the catholic church is that they have their own way if managing issues.....I'm a catholic....and the clients that want to see Mbaka are too numerous....people are willing to donate to his ministry......he is s catholic priest and is not power thirsty as to go open his own church...he takes order from bishop.....and is subject to punishment when the need arises......his ministry makes much money....and the money is being channelled to his businesses which is a smart way of sustaining his NGO without seeking funds or beg for money.....the NGO trains many in school...help the poorest of poor...every Christmas he gives widows enough food(half bag of 50 kg rice each)...The ministry and NGO all belong to the church.....if Mbaka die today The ministry will continue....I'm not saying what I heard I'm saying what I Know....

Mbaka is a big time fraud, i can't wait for Catholic Church to expel him
have you ever heard that Roman catholic church expeled any priest?

Why didnt they expel father edeh (madona university owner). Mbaka has not done 1% of what father edeh did and is silently doing now.
