ur battery is on sleeping mode and needs booster to be restored….. U need a service of qualified engineer to do this for u. Go to gionee office if possible… its depense on ur place of residence.

same thing happened to me... Check the cable. That could be the culprit. Meanwhile I have cables that work with gionee m5 for sale... Am expecting Qualcomm certified fast charge chargers too. me If you are interested in buying... Only for Port Harcourt residents at the moment
