Between Ondo, Delta, Edo, and Bayelsa, and some parts of Ogun state, the tribes are much interwoven and spread across these states (which are just geographical lines).

The same 9 niger delta states including abia,ondo and IMO are listed as nddc states(nddc is just an agency to develop oil rich region)..

It's now obvious that you lack brain. and to answer your question, there is oil and all parts of Delta State and oil exploration is taking place in Agbor. I said the obvious. Niger delta is a geographical area and not the same as NDDC that was created by government. it's not about who has more oil or not
