SOS from kogi civil servants. Our salaries have been witheld by bello. We have been forced to open s in zenith and access. We don't have access to the s. No atm no cheque book. We are been harassed and being detained by DSS and kept in underground cells to force us to confess to matters we know nothing about. Please save our souls Governor bell while you spend our money on birthday celebrations.
