for those of you that your charger got bad u can buy another one from gionee center Ikeja. 1300 no cord though. just got mine today

I can't . It keeps telling me insufficient space. Meanwhile I have enough space. Even, I just cleaned up all data on my sdcard, yet no show!

I no gbadun the phone at all. The battery drains fast too. I had 83% in the morning. Now its 28% and I no browse much or even talk much(call)

Please I would like you guys to advice me on this issue. I noticed a lot of anomalies on this phone when I bought it, but I didn't take it too hard. Now the recent one I noticed is the RAM and the ROM. I thought M5 comes with a 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, but mine is showing 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. see picture below. Pls what should I do?

Unless you have the Indian version of the device, that's how it should be. The Nigerian variant is 2GB and 16GB.

I don't like vibration. Mine is off permanently. Restore phone back to factory, make sure u back up, so as to know where the problem lies

The problem is not software. It's the vibration machine inside that's faulty. Once in a while it works lazily and stops almost immediately

Gionee has a customer care centre in Warri... Locate them with this address... Plot 34 Old NPA staff Quaters Airport road AJ Takeaway Warri.. Their office .. 08066407560.

The price varies.. In Abuja it's going for 13k.... It's better u do it there considering the risk of sending it from lagos down.....
