About the camp environment, I can't say because they're using a different camp from the one I camped in last year.I camped at Umudi and the environment wasn't OK.
Depends on where you later gt posted to but accommodation in Owerri is expensive.
Capital NO,no payment of any sort from the State government.
From Lagos, it's 8/9hrs.

Thanks and you too,If your camp opens Saturday then yes you should be allowed to sleep Friday night. I didn't do it but I think a few people did.No problem bro
