The news was a shock to those love ones who were affected, the notice came a day to the end of the month but bridging the contract to be on a one week notice, this came as a sought of feeling for my fellow Nigerians who are also working in other places not to relent but be prayerful.

This useless company again..Ajiga and that his boss been frustrating naija graduates since 2010. I shielded tears of joy in 2010 the day I received a text from them congratulating me, I was so happy cos I thought I finally got a real job( MTN job) not knowing that it was an outsourcing company in charge. They made so many graduates jobless few years later in Jos, I guess the curses from Jos call center is making CNSSL Confused everywhere the go. When wu our law makers look into this manhandling of Naija graduates?

Those ones have been sacked a long time(just a month and few weeks or so after their engagement).

This one is a fresh sack of the regular guys there.

The truth is CNSSL is a scam...it was stated that the contract will be for one year I.e from Nov 2015-Nov 2016, but by the end of april they came with letter of termination of contract. What actually happened was that the exercise was majorly for the clean up exercise of MTN database as a result of NCC's sanction...MTN noticed the good work done by the guys as it was becoming very evident that clean up exercise might be getting to an end as their were little to do at times.so they(MTN) decided to cut cost by laying off people gradually rather than asking everyone to go at once even though the contract was to end in november.I call CNSSL a scam becos they never for once even do as if they care about the people they help MTN to employ but if u re absent for a day,#1,800 naira is deducted from. The stipend they pay u and still they will remove the so call tax from the money again.MTN on their part just don't care. The funny thing is people have been there working for them since nov 2015 and you just pick march performance and u said people should go while most of the people you ask to go were already the top performers for the month of april.this does not show an organisation that value quality and effort and it is just the basic truth...Nigerian graduate just need to wake up and fast too.

That name itself is a bad news.. 40 of my friends were sacked with immediate effect in d Ilorin call center last year November and 1naira wasn't paid in lieu of the sack which was written boldly and contract agreement letter that in liew of immediate effect sack, 1month salary will be paid to d affected employees, majority of them were not paid their leave bonuses also up till date even after several assurances by the HR unit that d money will be paid. Employee engagements of agreement in Nigeria is a huge joke. They'll use you for years and dump ur ass in d lake. I resigned December last year after seeing all the trends cos I know it's a matter of time before others follow and u may never know whos next!!
