It depends on the area you looking at, But i have some land after ayobo, The area is called Lafenwa Itele, Aiyetoro , Ijagba at a very accommodating price.. Let me know if you're interested

It's not too high bro, Lafenwa is developing, There's is good electricity now but bad road network, If you want to get something cheaper, It will be in a new site

In 2012 i sold a land for my uncle with a small Uncompleted BQ for 1m at ayetoro. Ayobo shud be more expensive. Uncle bot d land 50k in 1999.

omo mehn those area are lagos/ogun dead zones. only the toughest can survive there. Maybe for lagos ppl sha, na normal normalized thing.

500k land in Ayobo. OP will end up being scammed. U can't get any land in any developed part of Lagos for 500k..
You can only get bush land for 500k

Could visiting my friend last year. The place(ayobo) is more like a typical village setting.. Tho,far less developed compared to ikorodu,but far more secured and conducive

Those places are better than Ikorodu. If for nothing else, Ikorodu is a lawless town. Security is near zero. And it apppears the locals do not intend to help authorities bring perpetuators to book.
