It depends on the part of Ayobo, so the price varies. Having a budget is best. Whats your budget?

It depends on the area you looking at, But i have some land after ayobo, The area is called Lafenwa Itele, Aiyetoro , Ijagba at a very accommodating price.. Let me know if you're interested

It's not too high bro, Lafenwa is developing, There's is good electricity now but bad road network, If you want to get something cheaper, It will be in a new site

In 2012 i sold a land for my uncle with a small Uncompleted BQ for 1m at ayetoro. Ayobo shud be more expensive. Uncle bot d land 50k in 1999.
