thanks for ur question sir concerning the omo onile issue here it Is not found here. infact when i acquired my own last year everything was peaceful including the villagers no harassmen from any body u can go the farm any day any time like me that i always go there if am less busy. in ogbomosho here no omo onile ooooooooo. i made my research all through last yr before i purchased the land to God be the glory it was peaceful all through. sorry to reply u late .

thanks for ur question sir no thieves here streams is not far to my own u can even made some of the plot for fish farming cos' the stream water is good for aquaculture.sir with the plans in the farm we are making arrangement for borehole drilling to provide much water in the farm.2. if u come around to the farm u will see a lot of things for ur self like streams flowing,good landscape and good soil for agriculture.3. the average journey from lag to ibadan is 2 hrs and from ibadan to ogbomosho 1 and half hrs and ogbomosho to the farm is 1 hr.4. please concerning that paying twice it's acceptable, u will just pay 5 acres and secure 5 acres for u on behalf of ur name . so bro no problem about that sir.
