1. I don't know of any fixed transaction limit for a business PayPal .
2. Payments to business s may or may not be put on hold. It depends on the amount involved, the age of your , amount of previous transactions on your , how many safely completed transactions your has, and also source of the funds. Normally, sending huge payment to a new without previous transactions history can make PayPal flag your and put the funds on hold to investigate the payment for 24hrs, few days and sometimes up to 21 days.

Please I usually, send goods to Nigeria from america and my sister usually send me the money through Western union because it's the cheapest way. Since this year it's been practically impossible to get back my money. Please how can I receive my money in America from Nigeria in a cheaper rate. Any advice will be appreciated.
