From what i see the heat is not enough daz why dey are crowding. Cause of high mortality also, my one cent.

8 mortality at day 7 is a bad result improve the heat in the room and then make sure ur treatment as per drugs is normal the situation will improve

Buy 1 cartoon of 50pcs of DOC though if all survive and u feed very well u may need addittional 10 to 15k
But start with 50

I hope no more mortalty,by now they will not need the charcoal for Heat

For the farmers with Easter broilers How are ur birds , hope they are growing well this year Easter is last wk of March so u need to feed well to be able to meet Market size

Increase ur feeding cos from now till Easter if am not Mistaken is Roughly about + or - 42 days
So double ur feeding so that atleast 90% can make it

hey Fam! Couldn't access my nairaland , stocked my Easter broilers in 2nd week of December, and they are soooo huge now(4kg and above), I had to sort the smaller ones and sell it off ...will send in some pictures.
