Guy!... whoever tells you that is only deceiving you!.... i know guys who have been called... some of them did not even know that Nairaland exist... A friend has been applying for 3 years strait!... he never got called, but this time around Luck smilled on him... he was scheduled lastweek Wednesday and had his phone interview Friday Morning.... (You may chose to Ignor this) (the fact is that at this stage even Shell HR guys in Nigeria dont know what is up... it is still being handled by the international guys! untill you have ed ur interview before the international HR forwards your name to the Local HR in your country. Nigerian HR only get mouth for SRD not at this stage)

I had my telephone interview on Friday, 11th Dec.

[color=#770077][/color] they usually send mails to schedule the phone interview before calling, that of 2014/2015 took 4months before they called, supprised they are already calling. keeping ma fingers crossed and hoping they still call

I got an email and a call to schedule, I missed their call twice before eventually speaking with them. Then I got an email confirming my scheduled interview.

I am afraid this is incorrect too. To keep it high level, Shell as a business entity is divided into four...UI, UA, DS, IG...You can easily read up more on this on the Shell website. It's important not to distort the facts
