I called one of their hotlines now and the lady told me so far you didn't get a regret text or mail from Workforce after the PBT, it means you were successful and it's now in the hands of their Client (Sterling Bank) to schedule and invite you for the next stage.

I think you should call them too, let's see if they will give the same information, so we can know if and how long to wait.

them, you can't expect them to reschedule if you don't them. There are hundreds waiting to take your spot.

It may surprise you that not all those who wrote the pbt were ed. Some will even the effective communication and writing test and will not be short-listed for interview. I dont doubt this at all. The success mail came in on 18th and till now, 8 days later, test details still never show. Its time to move on abeg, even if am not too happy about it.

Sterling bank just finished recruiting for lagos. Workforce shouldn't have included lagos in the test.

It won't cost workforce anything to say they won't be ing Lagos candidates because of their location. Anyway I am still waiting.

It all doesn't make sense. So why give Lagos the online test in the first place and not call anyone in Lagos for PBT

I guess that's the issue with PBTs. . always subjective in nature..
if it were like Dragnet's KPMG test where the computer determines who is moving on to the next stage there and then based on performance , all these issues wouldn't arise..

I got neither success nor regret mail but of course I've taken my mind off..

guys! guys!! which is easier?? lament all day w/o a +ve outcome or hope d best happens. those w/o faith shld pls let those with it exercise it further. in situations u can't change, the more u lament d more u get hurt. leave it to God, faith n fate. i am also tired of sitting at home all day ... but i get mustard seed faith sha!
i ll certainly look baq n smile over dese tryn times!
