they replaced R.V.P with martiaL.. Greizman can't guarentee us of being an instant hit, but its still a risk worth trying.. All the so called elite teams do it. And about the super stars issue the ones i can are that of veron, and maybe di maria (though ain't a flop in ma own point me view) i still don't know any super star bought by united that flopped. We don't even spend on super stars. But most of the ones we did spent for brought us glory. Cantona nd R.v.P comes to mind.

benitez never won a league title in england. he fluked a UCL title though - but that was after he gave up on chasing the league title & concentrated the club's effort in europe.

Yes. Most players are egocentric. But of all those players u mentioned, Both Messi and Neymar dint let their egos get in the way of the ultimate price. Which is winning titles every season for the team.
