They are assuming you are a job seeker (since you applied for Shell GTP) you also probably applied to other firms(and have other options),so that you make your decisions exempting shell as an option.In summary theyre giving you quick closure to the matter instead of allowing you wait and hope endlessly.

noo..it was just one graph to a question.. but one graph or chart may be used multiple times,it was average of one figure to about 4 questions..... the thing is in one question like my pie chart,I had to convert to percentage then to number,so some questions require conversion...truth is i dont much from the numerical test na my spiritual eye i take do am...just go online and search for shell numerical test so you can practice...

you can skip..but I won't advise you to skip in the numerical stage...what if you don't have enough time to come back

The first test is the Situational Judgement Test, or SJT. SJTs provide a good measurement of your thought processes in work related situations. You are presented with 18 different situations that could occur in the workplace and a number of different solutions that could be used to solve this problem. There are four different options for you to choose from and you have to rate each of the options on a five grade scale with 1 being “counterproductive” and 5 being “highly effective”. As well as rating each of the statements, you have to single out two of them, one being the option that you are most likely to do and the other being the option that you are least likely to do.

Shell Numerical Test
Using ratios, percentages and other mathematical functions you need to calculate the correct answers and select the correct answer from five different options. There are 16 questions which are grouped together in sets of four questions for each set of numerical data. You have a window of 18 minutes to answer all the questions in this test.
