with all due respect my bro...i don't think u had a proper understanding of the comment u quoted back there. What i meant by evidence of name not being new is that, the space to an evidence of name was available in the section last year too, although the document was not listed among documents that candidates were to as stated in the clearance instructions. The more reason why it is important u wait for instructions because not every space for document is necessary to be filled as u will soon get to notice when the instructions for clearance is officially released by the weekend.
