It is not contempt. In fact, it is not disrespectful at all. Let me give you an example; if 4 justices of the Supreme Court sit on a case, a lawyer would be well within his rights to tell them that the court, as presently constituted, is incompetent to adjudicate on the matter, because the Law prescribes a minimum of 5 justices.

It is standard legal practice for a lawyer to challenge the jusridiction of a court and the judge is obliged to address that and rule on the issue of jurisdiction before proceeding with the case. There is nothing contemptious about that. i will advise that people who are not in the legal profession should desist from making unfounded statements on issues they know nothing about.

I think the issue for a lot of people is that WE ALL KNOW THE TRUTH.

1: We know that Saraki is corrupt, as ARE MANY OTHER OF BOTH PDP AND A.

2: Saraki's corruption did not deter A from accepting him as a member. Indeed NOT A SINGLE PDP MEMBER WAS BARRED FROM ING APC, YET APC CLAIMED TO BE THE PARTY OF CHANGE.
