(2) The tribunal shall consist of a Chairman and such other as shall be appointed by the President in accordance with the recommendation of the National Judicial Council.

(3) The Chairman or a member of the Tribunal shall be a person who has held or is qualified to hold office as a judge of a superior court of record in Nigeria and shall not be less than fifty-five years of age.

(5) The Chairman and a member of the Tribunal shall hold office for a term of five years and may be re-appointed for another term of five years and no more. "
