Here's the progress on site till yesterday as we have commenced roofing and other work too are ongoing and the bq too is ready for roofing this week

Hello nl we are really progressing as we have completed the roofing of the main building and almost done with the security post and the BQ is undergoing nogging

oh wow, I would have loved to have it. It cant be in millions though since concrete one is expensive anyway. The only thing that attracks me about it is its lightweight. I dey scare of concrete parapet

It was in millions when I did the calculations. The precast is next better option than the regular concrete one. Precast is almost half the cost of the regular one.

You have any website that carry them...I want to check them out.

I think they are being smart. They know folks would try to avoid the load and go for this one. Maybe as time goes on the price will drop.

Hajji Eid Mubarak and happy birthday to Abdul malik, for the guy asking for cost of parapet. Precast parapet is more cost efficient, my cost 1.2million. The weight is not an issue if you pay close attention to the thickness at the curve if it between 1 1/2 to 2" thickness. You spend more money on the reinforcement. It may be money well spend on some bungalow designs,it's hold all

Thanks all for the comment on precast as a matter of fact I can do precast for 10,500 per meter and it depends on who is casting it and the process with which they cast the parapet
