. I think u won't have much problem with verbal but in quantitative work fast and accurate. The questions are simple but time factor. And no thanks to how they shuffle the quantitative. Best of luck

During the course of my interview, i was told that I would be coming in as Head customer service instead of head service & that they would get back to me within a month. Kindly confirm whether or not it is possible seeing that i applied for head service . Is it in line with stanbic to send regret mail as soon as a candidate isn't successful in any of the stages?
NB : had my interview on the 14th.

The Team Lead Customer Service is next to the Head Service in the branch. Branch operations are split into 2 so to say; frontline, and back office. the TLCS supervises frontline staff while the HSS supervises back office staff and the TLCS. Yes its possible to be offered that but know that at that level you are an HSS in the making.

Whats your present role and years of banking experience? My guess is you where evaluated and classed based on those two.

@Gandalf: I have close to 5yrs that span thru tellering, ft and customer service. Presently, am in customer service unit

I know regret mails are sent to unsuccessful applicants but its at the stage of the final intervew. At the test level, most times you realize that you are unsuccessful if you are not ed along with those you sat for the test together.

@ adabar Thats why. The advert said minimum of 6yrs for hss. Dont worry bro. You will get the letter. Just patience.

Kindly shed more light on this. I wrote my test on March 31st in Anthony and I'm yet to hear success or regret mail from Stanbic. Any hope? I'm not sure if what I applied for but I think it's fir Assest custodian or Head, service .

@the bolded, are the guys being called for interview of the same position you applied for? Reason being, to the best of my knowledge, those who had their interviews rescheduled were for the "enquiry officer" role.
