1)most Chinese university require the use of an agent(some universities have their personal sole agent for some specific countries.

2)some will ask you to pay half or full tuition before you can receive your jw202 and some other documents.

there are a lot of universities where one can find lots of Nigerians, depending on the area (North,south...) if you're looking for Nigerians i'd advice you to go to Guanzhou..haha. are you interested in institutions with a high number of Nigerians or a college for yourself?

a lot of universities do offer Biz Management, depending on if its for post graduate or undergrad level, for undergrad the number of universities that offer this in english would be low, they offer it mainly in Chinese language. but however for post grad you can have a hanful that offer in english..
P.S Note China is a big Country, i dont know up to a third of their universities.
